What SofaLimpio is

SofaLimpio is a marketplace, not a cleaning company: we do not send our own staff to your home. We connect you with independent, verified local specialists, and the cleaning itself is carried out by the specialist matched to your request under their own responsibility.

By using this site to request a quote or a booking, you agree to these terms.

Requesting a quote

A request typically needs your postcode, a description of the item, and a couple of photos. We do not invent a fixed price upfront: a specialist reviews your specific request and confirms a real price before any work begins.

Where we have enough real local data, a typical price range for your city and service may be shown for guidance — this is informational, not a binding quote.

Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

Once a specialist confirms your quote and a time, that becomes a booking. Rescheduling and cancellation terms (including any notice period) are confirmed with you at the time of booking and may vary by specialist.

Pricing and payment

You pay the amount confirmed at booking, using the payment method shown at checkout or arranged directly with the specialist. Any platform fee is included in what you are shown before you confirm — we do not add hidden charges afterwards.

No guaranteed results

We never promise guaranteed stain removal. Results depend on the fabric, the stain and how long it has set. A specialist will tell you honestly what to expect before starting work, and a genuine limitation on results is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Reviews and completed-job pages

Reviews and public before/after job pages on this site are built only from real customers whose booking was completed and verified, and are only published with the customer's explicit, separately given consent. We never fabricate or purchase reviews.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about the item and its condition, and to provide safe, reasonable access for the specialist to carry out the agreed work.

Liability

The cleaning service itself is provided by the independent specialist, not by SofaLimpio, and is carried out under the specialist's own responsibility and, where applicable, insurance. SofaLimpio's role is to operate the marketplace that connects you: verifying specialists before listing them, facilitating quotes and bookings, and providing a channel to raise and help resolve a dispute about a specific job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our own liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer. If you are an EU consumer, you can also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post any change on this page with an updated date; continuing to use the service after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
