What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between requests — for example, to keep you signed in or to remember the progress of a multi-step form.

Cookies we use today

We currently set only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work: a session cookie, which keeps you signed in and keeps your quote request intact as you move through its steps, a security (CSRF) token, which protects the site's forms from being submitted by another site on your behalf, and two cookies that remember your cookie choice itself (see the next section) so we don't ask you again on every visit.

Under Spanish and EU cookie law, strictly necessary cookies like these do not require your prior consent, because the site cannot function without them.

Your cookie choice

When you first visit the site, a banner asks you to choose between accepting all cookies, accepting only necessary cookies, or configuring your choice across three categories: Necessary (always on), Analytics and Marketing. Your choice is saved in a cookie so it can be applied on future visits, together with the date, the version of this policy you consented to, and which option you picked.

No analytics or marketing cookies are actually set today, whichever option you choose — see the next section for why. Once they are introduced, only the categories you have consented to will be set; nothing non-essential is set retroactively or before you choose.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the site footer, which reopens the banner with your current choices pre-filled.

Cookies we don't use yet

We do not currently set any analytics or marketing cookies or tags, even if you accept those categories in the banner — no such tool is wired into the site yet. When we do introduce one, it will only run for visitors who have consented to the matching category, and this page will be updated first to describe exactly what it sets and why.

Managing cookies

You can view, manage and delete cookies through your browser's settings, or change your consent choice at any time via "Manage cookie preferences" in the site footer. Because our current cookies are strictly necessary (including the ones that remember your cookie choice), blocking them may prevent parts of the site — such as the quote request flow — from working correctly, and may cause the banner to reappear on every visit.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever the cookies we actually set change, so it always reflects real, current behaviour rather than a general statement.
